A leading international software company is seeking a highly analytical and discreet Due Diligence Project Manager to lead complex verification, investigative, and risk-assessment initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

This role combines project management, stakeholder coordination, strategic analysis, and due diligence activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sensitive projects from inception to completion while coordinating external partners, investigative resources, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end due diligence and verification projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Define project objectives, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate external investigation firms, consultants, legal advisors, and local service providers.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects involving business, legal, operational, and reputational considerations.
• Gather, assess, and synthesize information from various sources to support decision-making processes.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Prepare reports, findings, and recommendations based on project outcomes.
• Work closely with company leadership to translate business needs into actionable project plans.
• Ensure the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in investigations, intelligence, due diligence, corporate security, risk management, legal services, or related environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and external service providers.
• Experience working with investigative agencies, intelligence organizations, government bodies, private investigation firms, or comparable organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience in government intelligence or security organizations is a strong advantage.
