Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Airport City (Kyariat Sde HaTeufa) for a Financial Controller at a dynamic, fast-growing 3PL logistics company. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing and leading the company’s financial operations, including cash flow management, annual budget planning (Actual vs. Budget analysis), and financial forecasting. Duties include managing and guiding the bookkeeping team, coordinating with external auditing CPA firms, and overseeing the company’s payroll processes. Additionally, the role involves providing financial support, pricing, and cost control for import and customs brokerage processes. The Controller will communicate regularly in English with global entities and international logistics providers, providing data driven insights and creative business thinking to support the company’s growth.

Qualifications:

• CPA License & Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – Mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Controller (or as a Senior post-internship) – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in import, customs brokerage, or the logistics/supply chain industry – Mandatory.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew (both verbal and written) at a high professional level – Mandatory.
• Proficiency in Hashavshevet accounting software – Mandatory.
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data analysis, and financial modeling) – Mandatory.
• Expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Strong independent work capabilities, high personal responsibility, and a proactive "can-do" approach.
• Creative business thinking and strong problem-solving skills within a fast-paced operational environment.
