Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex workflows involving large file volumes and data processing pipelines as part of the organization’s external cyber threat intelligence operations
• Collect web intelligence to protect our customers' digital assets, monitor and troubleshoot our crawler services and mitigate and solve production problems
• Help organizations improve their cyber resilience by constantly monitoring their digital presence and continuously scanning and analyzing communications in the open, deep and dark web to detect threats
• Working closely with various teams in the company such as the development teams and the cyber team to make sure our company meets its ambitious goals
  

• At least 1 year of experience in Operations/ Integration/ Monitoring/ Automation/ Development roles
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience working with AI technologies and tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrix-driven environment
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, learning, and teamwork abilities
• Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Fluent English, both written and verbal
• Proactive mindset with a strong “Can Do” attitude
  

• Experience with monitoring and visualization tools (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
• Experience in writing Python scripts or in any other scripting language
• Experience working with ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Redis
• Experience working in Kubernetes, Docker
• Understanding HTML/XPATH
• Working knowledge in Linux environment
• Experience working in a SaaS environment
