About the role

We’re looking for a strong DevOps Lead to help us build, scale, and secure the infrastructure behind Corsa.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys owning production environments, improving developer velocity, and designing reliable cloud systems. You’ll work closely with engineering leadership and product teams to make our platform resilient, observable, secure, and easy to ship.

You should be comfortable operating in a startup environment, taking ownership, leading infrastructure initiatives, and balancing speed with good engineering judgment.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Lead and improve our Kubernetes-based production environments
• Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows across multiple environments
• Improve system reliability, observability, performance, and incident response
• Strengthen security across infrastructure, networking, secrets management, and access controls
• Work closely with engineers to improve local development, release processes, and operational maturity
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and reduce manual work across the engineering organization
• Help design disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability strategies
• Support compliance and security initiatives with practical infrastructure controls and evidence collection
• Troubleshoot production issues and help drive root-cause analysis and long-term fixes
• Help define infrastructure standards, best practices, and long-term platform strategy
• Mentor and support other engineers in DevOps and infrastructure-related areas

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
• Previous experience leading infrastructure initiatives or mentoring engineers
• Strong experience with AWS in production environments
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, cloud security, and infrastructure best practices
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or similar
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar
• Strong scripting or programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Bash, or TypeScript
• Ability to debug complex production issues across application and infrastructure layers
• High ownership, pragmatism, and the ability to move fast without being reckless
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, or similar infrastructure components
