Finance Controller / חשב/ת

As a CBRE Finance Controller, you will beresponsible for the integrity of all financial reporting, building and managingthe Controllership function within the assigned country and promoting a strongorganizational culture within the finance team and wider business..

What You’ll Do

• Controls - thefinancial management and monitoring of the internal control environmentincluding SOX where applicable,
• Reporting – ensuringthe integrity of the reported results (P&L and balance sheet) on a timelybasis, review and challenge reported actuals;
• Balance sheet –analyzing and reviewing the balance sheet to ensure valid and accuratebalances;
• Responsible toensure timely closing of the financial statements and compliance with policies
• Reviews and approvesbalance sheet reconciliations and implementing effective controls/processes
• Attending businessreview meetings and act as a business partner of the local FD/other functions,leads balance sheet review meetings with FP&A and regional controller
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Qualified accountant(CPA or equivalent) – mandatory.
• 1–2 years ofexperience as a Controller or Assistant Controller
• Strong analyticalskills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Solid experiencewith Priority ERP and excellent Microsoft Excel skills – mandatory.
• Able to balancestrategic financial insight with hands‑on operational delivery.
• Excellent written,verbal, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable workingin a matrix, cross‑functional environment.
• Resilient, calmunder pressure, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong businesspartnering capabilities and a high sense of ownership and accountability.
