Reporting to the Company Controller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS for all international group subsidiaries.
  • Ongoing coordination with internal and external stakeholders (external auditors, tax advisors ,legal advisors, etc.).
  • Assistance in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for the publicly traded parent company.
  • Support in the preparation of tax reports for group companies.
  • Providing ongoing support to internal departments on tax-related matters, special approvals, and related issues.
  • Responsibility for VAT reporting of the group’s foreign entities and direct interface with local accounting firms.

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant - Big 5 alumni – mandatory.
  • Approximately 1 year of experience as an Assistant Controller – advantage.
  • Experience in auditing publicly traded companies in Israel.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
  • High level of English, including spoken communication – mandatory.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite – advantage.
