Full Stack AI Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Fullstack AI Engineer to join our core engineering team. You’ll build and ship end-to-end features across our AI-powered conversation intelligence platform — from real-time data pipelines and LLM integrations to the dashboards and interfaces our customers use every day.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape the product, architecture, and developer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across our Next.js frontend and Python/Node.js backend services.
• Integrate and orchestrate LLMs, including GPT, Claude, and open-source models, for conversation analysis, summarization, and structured extraction.
• Build and optimize real-time data pipelines that process millions of customer interactions.
• Develop AI agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph.
• Design and maintain REST APIs and service actions powering our analytics dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with product, data science, and customer success teams to ship features that solve real customer problems.
• Contribute to infrastructure decisions, including CI/CD, observability, scaling, and deployment strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, especially React and Next.js.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs into production systems.
• Solid understanding of databases, including MongoDB, Redis, and vector databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Comfortable working across the stack — from UI components to API design and data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of AI workflows, AI agents, MCP, skills, and automation-driven development.
• Team player with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy.
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and testing scalable distributed systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant, and embedding models.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
