Senior Senior Back End Developer

In this role, you will work closely with medical leadership, department heads, product teams, and technology experts to design and develop cutting-edge digital solutions that improve clinical outcomes, optimize workflows, and enhance the overall healthcare experience.

• Collaborate directly with medical leadership and department heads to understand clinical needs and operational challenges.
• Design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions that improve patient care and streamline healthcare processes.
• Integrate and optimize existing systems while ensuring data quality, system reliability, and interoperability.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals, product managers, and engineers to turn ideas into impactful solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and healthcare innovations, helping drive excellence across our digital ecosystem.
• Take ownership of products and features from concept through production and ongoing optimization.

• Lead end-to-end development initiatives, including backend architecture and development.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.
• Optimize system performance and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Work closely with Product teams to translate user needs into functional and scalable solutions.
• Follow and implement best practices in software development, architecture, and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and fellow developers to deliver intuitive solutions for advanced healthcare systems.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes, cloud infrastructure, and modern software delivery practices.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on Backend development.
• Proven experience with one or more backend technologies/frameworks such as Python, .NET, Java, or Node.js.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or AngularJS.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and system design.
• Experience with cloud technologies, including Serverless architectures, Kubernetes, IAM, and VPC environments.
• Experience with modern Pub/Sub technologies such as Redis and Kafka.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative and impact-driven mindset.
• Passion for product ownership and taking responsibility throughout the entire product lifecycle.
