Senior GIS Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior GIS Project Manager to lead a large-scale, national strategic project.

This role is central to capturing complex mobility patterns and driving data-driven transportation policies through advanced technology, including GPS and digital travel diaries.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate between project leads, clients, and various organizational units.

You will be responsible for managing complex interdisciplinary requirements, technological challenges, and high-level stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bridging professional/methodological requirements with technological solutions.
• Planning, monitoring and controlling the technological development of all project systems.
• Managing integration between processes, information systems, data, and external vendors.
• Driving collaboration with business, security, infrastructure, and architecture teams.
• Controlling work plans, timelines, budgets, and vendor engagements.

Guiding a team of professionals, including statisticians, analysts, and developers.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience managing complex IT and technology projects - a must.
• 4+ years of experience in a managerial role leading a team of IT Project Managers.
• Experience leading transportation and mobility projects.
• Experience in GIS-related projects.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Information Systems specialization), or Management Information Systems.
• Proven ability to lead complex, large-scale organizational processes.
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces at both technological and methodological levels.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to bridge different professional worlds.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
• Ability to document, analyze, and present information clearly to management.
