AI Solutions Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI Innovation Lead / AI Solutions Lead to play a key role in driving our organization's AI transformation journey.

This position combines deep business understanding with advanced expertise in AI and Generative AI technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define use cases, evaluate technologies, design solutions, and lead the implementation of AI-powered initiatives across the organization.

You will be responsible for leading AI projects end-to-end—from business opportunity identification and use-case definition, through solution design, development of intelligent agents and automations, to deployment, user enablement, and measurable business impact.

Both full-time and part-time engagement options are available.

• Lead the organization's AI and innovation initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and define high-value business use cases for AI adoption.
• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent Agents, Assistants, and Generative AI solutions.
• Build business process automations using AI, Cloud Code, and Low-Code platforms.
• Work with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure-based AI services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources, ERP systems, SAP, Power BI, and knowledge repositories to create intelligent workflows and decision-support solutions.
• Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Knowledge Management, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science, BI, IT, and business teams.
• Lead Proofs of Concept (POCs), evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend architectures and AI platforms.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and functional specifications.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and AI adoption programs for business users and managers.
• Measure business value, optimize processes, and drive organizational change through AI.

• 3+ years of experience in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience developing and implementing AI Agents, Assistants, or LLM-based solutions.
• Experience working with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience designing and implementing business automations and intelligent workflows.
• Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leading adoption initiatives.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments.
• Ability to independently lead projects from concept to production.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Experience working in global and/or industrial environments.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems such as ERP, SAP, or Power BI.
• Experience with RAG architectures, Knowledge Bases, and enterprise AI applications.
