Back End Developer

Wanted: Senior Backend Engineer for a Cybersecurity company in the Tel Aviv area. This is a very rewarding full-time and Hybrid position.

The chosen candidate will drive the core architecture of a cutting-edge platform securing non-human and machine identities on a global scale. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to tackle complex cloud engineering and big data challenges utilizing advanced event-driven microservices, Spark, and Snowflake. Operating with high autonomy, the engineer will own critical features end-to-end, making a tangible impact on the next generation of enterprise cybersecurity infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, cloud-native backend systems and third-party API integrations focused on securing token-based and machine identities.

● Own the end-to-end architecture of critical agent services, optimizing for networking efficiency, data storage, and robust security standards.

● Implement advanced big data solutions and high-performance data processing pipelines using modern tools like Spark and Snowflake.

● Drive key engineering projects from initial ideation through to deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric features.

Job Requirements:

● 6+ years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer with a proven track record of building and maintaining large-scale production systems.

● Deep expertise in event-driven architecture, building robust microservices, and working within containerized environments.

● Strong hands-on experience with production cloud environments (AWS preferred, GCP/Azure a plus) and messaging systems like SQS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

● Thorough understanding of modern security best practices, particularly regarding token-based authentication and non-human identity management.

● Familiarity with Python, TypeScript, CI/CD pipelines, or Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform is highly advantageous.
