About The Role

As a Software Team Leader for XSA (xDome Secure Access), you will lead the development of our industry-leading secure remote access solution. In a world where critical infrastructure is increasingly connected, your team will build the bridge that allows safe, monitored, and frictionless access to sensitive industrial environments. You will deal with complex networking challenges, identity management, and high-availability systems where security and performance are equally paramount.

Responsibilities

As a Software Team Leader - XSA, your impact will be:

• Lead and Empower: Drive a high-performing team of developers, fostering a culture of technical ownership, security-first mindset, and continuous delivery.
• Secure Connectivity: Lead the design and implementation of robust secure access features, ensuring seamless integration between IT and OT networks.
• Architectural Leadership: Oversee the development of scalable, high-performance gateway and proxy architectures that support global enterprise scales.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management and Security Researchers to implement Zero Trust principles and advanced session monitoring capabilities.
• Mentor and Grow: Invest in your team’s professional growth, promoting best practices in code quality, security protocols, and system resilience.
  
  

Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience leading R&D teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Technical Foundation: 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong track record of building complex systems in Python.
• System Architecture: Experience building distributed, high-availability systems that handle real-time traffic and data.
• Networking & Security Expertise: Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, RDP) and security concepts (Zero Trust, Identity Management, Encryption).
• AI-Assisted Development: Proficiency in utilizing AI development tools (specifically Cursor and Claude) to accelerate development workflows, code generation, and problem-solving.

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience with Cloud-Native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, K8s).
• Experience in the Cybersecurity industry, specifically in Remote Access (VPN/ZTNA) or Identity (IAM).
