Job Summary

Be a key part in the Palo Alto Networks EPM Agents group, owners of a combined solution for application control, privilege management, and threat detection. We are searching for a Team Manager to lead Cross-Platform Agents Infrastructure team in an agile-oriented environment. leading the journey to design, develop and innovate our EPM Agents.

The Responsibilities Will Include

• Producing valuable and qualitative deliverables for our customers in a timely fashion
• Providing technical authority to your team by demonstrating a hands-on leadership style
• Hiring, mentoring and driving the professional growth of the team members
• Overseeing the overall development, code quality, and production of the team
• Permanent strive to keep the code up-to-date and at the highest quality, innovation and security levels
• Working hand-in-hand with architects, product owners, and other teams to build robust solutions
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience of C++, Rust or Swift development
• 2+ years of experience as a team leader, leading at least 3 developers
• Proven participation in the development of commercial off-the-shelf large-scale software products
• Excellent design and analytical skills; a problem solver with extended troubleshooting capabilities
• Capable and courageous enough to deep dive into complex areas in the system, analyze them, suggest solutions, and make necessary changes
• Passionate about code design, high-quality code, code reviews, optimizing, and challenging the status quo
• Eager to own and maintain code (including Unit Tests and automation tests) and push it to the highest quality and security level
• Understanding of development, CI/CD, and deployment tools and methodologies for endpoint applications (Jenkins, Git, Artifactory)
• Self-learner, proactive, and highly motivated individual with a high work ethic and goal-oriented approach
• Good interpersonal skills, a team player mentality, and fluent English
  
  

How Will You Stand Out From The Crowd

• Experienced in the cyber industry and in the development of Security Products
• Knowledge and understanding of different OSs (Windows , MAC OS, Linux)
• Strong familiarity with security principles, standards, and techniques (OWASP, Encryption, Authentication)
• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field / Elite intelligence unit alumni
