is looking for a Tech Recruitment Team Lead to drive our talent acquisition efforts and grow our high-quality talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of tech recruiters
• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of technology roles
• Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies
• Work extensively with LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital recruitment tools
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business and technical needs
• Analyze recruitment data and continuously improve hiring processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tech recruitment – required
• Leadership or team management experience – required
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter – required
• Advanced sourcing skills and creative thinking
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
