PC Operation Technician

team. The PC Technician will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining laptops and desktops across various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux within our lab environment. Additionally, this role will oversee user lifecycle management and handle terminations.

Major Responsibilities

• Deployment & Configuration: Install and configure laptops and desktops, including Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, in the lab environment.
• Maintenance: Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure all machines are running the latest software and security updates.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Provide technical support for end-users as needed.
• User Lifecycle Management: Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning and de-provisioning of hardware and software access.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of deployments, configurations, and user access. Document any issues and resolutions.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with company policies and IT standards.
