Position Overview-

• Director of Engineering stepping into a high-impact executive role, commanding a multi-disciplinary R&D division of over 20 engineers across 3-4 distinct organic squads, reporting directly to the VP.
• Spearheading the end-to-end technical execution and delivery of a flagship, next-generation platform centered on Network Automation, Configuration Management, and scalable cloud-native integrations.
• Driving organizational growth by managing existing specialized groups while building and recruiting a brand-new engineering team from the ground up.
• Merging high-level strategic leadership with true technical depth, acting as a principal architect to infuse Agentic AI ecosystems, automated workflows, and high-concurrency systems into the core product line.

Requirements-

• 7 years of proven executive experience as a Director / Senior Director / VP of Engineering, managing 20+ professionals through Managers and Team Leads within top-tier product corporations (Mandatory).
• 3 years of direct technical leadership deploying AI solutions into high-scale Production, focused extensively on LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG frameworks, and AI-driven automation (Mandatory).
• Proven track record driving large-scale technological transformation, including the modernization of legacy infrastructures, integration of GenAI, and scaling of Cloud-Native architectures (Mandatory).
• Deep structural domain familiarity with Networking, Network Automation, Telecom protocols, or large-scale Infrastructure Platforms (Mandatory).
• Strong professional stability coupled with a career history across top-tier, global product-centric enterprises.
