Job Description

• :Analyze, define, and document user requirements for new developments, enhancements, and upgrades in information systems
• .Lead change management and system improvement initiatives within AS/400 environments, working closely with development and programming teams
• .Investigate, analyze, and resolve information system issues in collaboration with relevant professional stakeholders
• .Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables related to system enhancements and organizational initiatives
• .Lead integration processes and coordinate between systems, interfaces, and various organizational stakeholders
• .Work closely with infrastructure, information security, QA, development teams, and business users
• .Guide and support developers throughout the software development lifecycle
• .Prepare functional specifications, procedures, presentations, and professional documentation
• .Participate in and lead professional discussions with IT teams and business users
• .Provide support and guidance for information systems during infrastructure changes and organizational projects
• .Work with the administrative information systems of the IT Division

.Requirements

• :At least 4 years of proven experience in Information Systems Analysis within an AS/400 environment during the last 10 years – mandatory
• .At least 4 years of experience managing and leading development/programming teams in the AS/400 domain – mandatory
• .Proven experience analyzing large-scale and complex information systems in AS/400 environments
• .Graduate of a recognized Systems Analysis course – mandatory
• .Strong end-to-end system thinking and the ability to lead comprehensive solutions
• .Experience in implementing, integrating, and interfacing information systems across diverse technological environments
• .Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, lead processes, and drive cross-functional collaboration
• .Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
