Junior Business Operations Analyst

About the role

Avero GTM is a B2B GTM engineering consultancy. We help early and growth-stage companies build the operational systems behind their sales and marketing: CRM implementation, pipeline design, automation, and reporting.

We're looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join the team. You'll work directly on client projects — investigating how their data is structured, identifying what's broken, and building the processes and reports that give their teams visibility and control over their pipeline.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be in the systems, not writing recommendations.

What you'll do

• Analyze client CRM and pipeline data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities
• Build reports and dashboards that give sales and marketing leaders clear visibility into what's working and what isn't
• Design and implement operational processes in HubSpot
• Translate messy data and unclear requirements into structured, actionable outputs
• Work directly with clients to understand their business context and present your findings clearly

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience working with data in a business context
• Advanced Excel — you're comfortable building models, validation logic, and structured analyses from scratch
• Strong analytical thinking — you find the story in the data, not just the numbers
• Attention to detail and a low tolerance for things being wrong or incomplete
• Ability to pick up new tools fast and apply them to real problems
• Hebrew and English both solid

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Familiarity with SQL
• Experience in a consulting or agency environment
