The Role
We are looking for a strategic, driven Account Executive to own and scale our revenue operations across the US and European markets.
Currently, our founding team is driving the initial SDR motion - running outreach and qualifying inbound leads. Your primary mission is to take the baton, lead the discovery process, execute technical demos, and close high-intent leads into paying customers.
Our buyers range from fast-growing startups to large enterprises - any company that needs structured social media data. As our first dedicated sales hire, you will actively collaborate with the founders to identify high-value prospects across all segments, refine our ideal customer profile (ICP), and guide the outbound lead generation strategy to keep the pipeline full of qualified targets.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the Full Closing Cycle: Take handoffs from the founding team to lead discovery calls, technical product demos, and contract negotiations with CTOs, Heads of Data/AI, Product Managers, AI developers, and OSINT researchers - across companies of all sizes.
- Pipeline Strategy & Prospecting: Partner closely with the founders to define high-value target accounts, refine lead qualification criteria, and actively guide outbound SDR messaging and processes.
- Architect the Sales Blueprint: Design and document our foundational closing processes, including objection-handling guides, pitch decks, enterprise evaluation scripts, and pricing structures.
- Navigate Technical Inquiries: Comfortably discuss data delivery infrastructure (REST APIs, Webhooks, Python/TypeScript SDKs, and MCP servers) with technical buyers.
Feedback Loop to Product: Work hand in hand with engineering to funnel market feedback on data quality, platform expansions, and enterprise feature needs.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 2–4+ years of proven B2B sales experience closing technical SaaS, Data-as-a-Service (DaaS), API, or developer-focused products.
- Startup DNA: You thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving early-stage environment and are comfortable building the airplane while flying it.
- Technical Fluency: You understand the fundamentals of APIs, SDKs, and how data feeds plug into LLMs, AI agents, or traditional corporate data pipelines.
- Global Mindset: Experience navigating compliance frameworks across regions (GDPR, US data regulations) and managing cross-continental pipelines.
- Data-Driven Execution: High proficiency using modern CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce) and sales stack tools to map pipeline health and accurately project revenue targets.
What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 OTE, split 50/50 base/commission, with an uncapped accelerator structure.

Target deal size: $2,000–$5,000 MRC ($24,000–$60,000 ACV). Buyers span the full market - from AI-native startups and dev tools companies to media agencies, PR firms, financial data providers, and large enterprises - any organization that depends on social media data to operate, compete, or build products.
