Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Enablement & Operations Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic and diverse role focused on supporting and driving global learning initiatives.

This position combines project management, operations, content coordination, and stakeholder management, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate global learning and training projects from planning through execution.
• Translate, adapt, and localize training content using AI-powered tools.
• Edit, upload, and maintain courses on learning management systems (LMS) and learning platforms.
• Create and enhance visual learning materials and training content.
• Coordinate course launches and distribute learning programs to global users.
• Work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Support marketing copywriting and user communications, including engagement with users.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and monitor learning program performance.
• Maintain and support organizational learning systems and operational processes.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management and/or Operations Management roles – mandatory.
• Native-level English (written and verbal) – mandatory (the interview will be in English).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Excel and/or Google Sheets, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong technological orientation and ability to quickly learn new systems and tool
