About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Cyber Programs & Delivery to join our team in Ghana. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the successful end-to-end management and delivery of complex cybersecurity programs. You will act as the primary interface between executive leadership, customers, and internal teams, ensuring high-quality execution and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Leadership: Manage and mentor project managers and technical leads while enforcing quality standards.
• Business Support: Contribute to business development through solution shaping and customer engagement.
• Establishment & Strategic Leadership: Responsible for the design, establishment, and long-term leadership of cyber divisions or organizational units from the ground up.
• Organizational Transformation: Lead complex organizational adjustments and the integration of advanced technologies (such as AI and analytics) into operational frameworks.
• Program Ownership: Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects from contract signature through to customer acceptance.
• Accountability: Serve as the single point of contact for project scope, schedule, budget, and overall delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Expertise: Proven track record in delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives in government or regulated environments.
• Soft Skills: Executive-level presence with exceptional communication and results-driven mindset.
• Management: Experience managing internal teams, external partners, and system integrators.
• National-Level Expertise: Proven experience leading large-scale technological or strategic projects within national-level or state systems.
• Complex Interface Management: Extensive background in managing complex interfaces across defense entities, government ministries, and large-scale industrial partners.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing complex technology or cybersecurity projects.
• System of Systems (SoS): Proven track record in engineering or managing "System of Systems" architectures within defense or highly regulated environments.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity architectures, including mission-critical infrastructures and intelligence-driven systems.

·     CISO Certification: Valid CISO certification (e.g., from See-Security or equivalent recognized institutions) is highly preferred.
