We are hiring a Systems Engineer for a defense organization located in the Shfela region.

Responsibilities:

Work with advanced signal processing systems
Lead complex development projects in the fields of RF, FPGA, and algorithms
Define system architecture, requirements, and interfaces
Provide professional guidance to multidisciplinary development teams
Perform integration and performance validation in laboratories and field trials, lead R&D activities, integrate AI technologies, and take a hands-on role in testing, performance analysis, and troubleshooting

Requirements:

Experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Architect, including defining requirements, interfaces, and system architecture
Experience developing multidisciplinary systems in RF, SIGINT, cellular, radar, wireless, or electronic warfare domains
Experience in signal processing and/or algorithm development
Experience providing professional leadership to multidisciplinary development teams
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
