Cyber Security Analyst

Join a leading financial organization and take a key role in protecting critical business systems and infrastructure. This position combines cyber threat detection, incident investigation, SIEM management, and security operations, while working closely with technology and business teams across the organization.

What’s in the Role?

• Conducting security analysis, research, and developing detection mechanisms for cyber threats and vulnerabilities
• Managing and optimizing SIEM platforms, including use case development, rule tuning, and correlation logic
• Monitoring, investigating, and responding to cyber security incidents across the organization
• Performing threat analysis and supporting proactive detection activities
• Operating and maintaining security monitoring and control systems
• Collaborating with technology teams, infrastructure groups, and external vendors
• Supporting continuous improvement of security operations processes and capabilities

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Cyber Security Analyst or Information Security Analyst
• Hands-on experience working with SIEM platforms, including configuration, optimization, and monitoring
• Experience with EDR solutions and Threat Hunting activities
• Experience creating and tuning detection rules and security use cases within SIEM environments
• Experience investigating cyber security incidents in enterprise environments (financial sector experience is an advantage)
• Experience with Digital Forensics and incident investigation methodologies
• Strong understanding of operating systems, application infrastructures, and communication protocols
• Familiarity with security operations best practices and cyber defense frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
