Network Field Technician

• Enterprise Infrastructure Deployment: Install, optimize, and maintain robust communication infrastructures, high-density wireless networks (WLAN), and mission-critical corporate end-user equipment tailored for corporate headquarters and major exhibition venues.
• Advanced Network Configuration: Execute complex configurations on enterprise-grade switches, routers, and firewalls to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Live-Environment Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex network and hardware bottlenecks on-site, ensuring zero downtime for active enterprise operations and live convention events.
• Autonomy & Dynamic Adaptability: Independently drive deployments and manage technical field operations across various corporate locations and convention centers, aligning with demanding event schedules and corporate timelines.
• Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Document unique field solutions and cross-train internal and field teams on enterprise best practices.
• Reporting & SLA Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of network topologies, field activities, and deployment configurations to uphold strict corporate SLA standards.

• Mobility: Full flexibility for dynamic scheduling and extensive nationwide travel.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required.
• Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record as a Field Technician within enterprise-scale environments, tech companies, or large-scale convention centers/event venues.
• Networking & RF Expertise: In-depth knowledge of data communications, structured cabling architectures, and high-density RF/wireless design.
• Hardware Proficiency: Hands-on experience configuring corporate-level switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Wireless Deployment: Practical experience with corporate Access Point (AP) deployments is mandatory.
• Security & Access Control: Strong understanding of NAC (Network Access Control) systems- a significant advantage for managing secure enterprise and guest networks.
• Industry Certifications: Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) or Aruba (ACMA/ACMP) certifications are highly advantageous.
• Professional Resilience: Exceptional independent execution capabilities with a proven ability to maintain composure and solve problems under pressure in fast-paced corporate environments.
