Bookkeeper

XTEND is looking for a bookkeeper to join our finance team and support the company’s day-to-day accounting operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) entries
• Process supplier invoices, execute payments, and manage outstanding debts
• Issue customer invoices and ensure accurate revenue tracking
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a bookkeeper
• Bookkeeping certification type 1+2 – must
• Hands-on experience with Priority ERP system – must
• Experience in the high-tech industry – an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
