Talent Acquisition Manager | Israel

Global company in the building maintenance and facilities management industry is looking for a highly experienced and mature Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and transform recruitment activities in Israel as part of an international TA team.

This is not a standard recruitment role.

We are looking for someone strategic, hands-on, resilient, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while also driving long-term talent initiatives and leading a local team.

The Role:

This position combines:

• End-to-end recruitment ownership in a demanding, high-volume environment
• Management and mentoring of 2 Talent Acquisition team members
• Leading recruitment strategy and talent attraction initiatives
• Building strong candidate pipelines proactively
• Driving employer branding and employee referral programs
• Leading recruitment-related projects and process improvements
• Supporting hiring managers through complex recruitment challenges
• Creating a more strategic and data-driven recruitment approach locally
• Leading manager trainings, hiring alignment processes, and assessment initiatives
• Partnering with regional and senior leadership teams

The role requires someone who can balance operational execution with strategic thinking and process leadership.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment leadership
• Experience managing recruiters or TA teams
• Proven experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work both strategically and hands-on
• Experience building sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
• Strong ownership, maturity, and ability to work independently
• Fluent Hebrew and English
