R&D Manager

A well-established and successful company in the financial domain is looking for an experienced R&D Manager to lead a strong technological team.

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CTO, offering the opportunity to influence core products, drive innovation, and work in a technologically advanced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a hands-on R&D and QA team (~10 employees).
• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across the full lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success teams to translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions.
• Ensure system reliability, uptime, and security, while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development (.NET / C#).
• 4+ years of experience managing development teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in MS-SQL (design, optimization, complex queries).
• Strong business understanding and ability to analyze processes beyond code.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage priorities under pressure.
• High level of English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS / Cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Node.js.
• Background in Cyber Security / Information Security.
