Role Description

We are seeking a Cyber Security Team Lead to oversee and manage cybersecurity initiatives and a team of experts. This full-time role, based in Jerusalem  is a hybrid position, allowing for a combination of office and remote work. The Cyber Security Team Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, ensuring the organization’s infrastructure remains protected, and identifying vulnerabilities. The role involves collaborating with various teams, providing leadership, and driving the analysis, detection, prevention, and response to cybersecurity incidents.

• Lead and manage the Cyber Security & Information Security team
• Oversee Incident Response (IR), cyber defense operations, Threat Hunting, and PT activities
• Drive privacy protection initiatives in accordance with regulatory and Ministry of Justice requirements
• Manage security reports, compliance processes, and administrative enforcement activities
• Conduct and analyze risk assessments and cyber resilience reviews
• Lead compliance audits and security governance processes
• Analyze logs and security events from protection systems
• Build and execute risk management and cyber security work plans

• At least 4 years of experience in Cyber Security & Information Security
• Proven managerial experience leading IR / cyber defense teams
• Hands-on experience with Threat Hunting and Penetration Testing processes
• Strong understanding of Privacy Protection regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience providing cyber security consulting services to multiple clients
• Experience working with public sector organizations – strong advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

CISA / CISSP / CSSA / CEH / CRISC / CISM / CCSP / CISO / CSSLP

Or alternatively:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Background in Software Engineering / Computer Engineering
• 200+ training hours or professional courses in Cyber Security & Information Security
