An established international manufacturing company is looking for an experienced hands-on Head of Bookkeeping to lead its bookkeeping team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior bookkeeping professional who thrives in a global industrial environment and brings strong expertise in Priority ERP, inventory accounting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a bookkeeping team of 5+ employees
• Oversee all bookkeeping activities including AP, AR, payroll, inventory, and journal entries
• Manage reconciliations of banks, credit cards, and general ledger accounts across international entities
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare accurate financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements
• Improve and optimize financial processes within the Priority ERP system
• Support costing, inventory control, and manufacturing financial workflows

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Priority ERP
• Previous experience in an international/global company
• Strong manufacturing industry background
• Deep understanding of inventory, costing, and bill of materials (BOM)
• Proven managerial experience leading a team of employees
• High level of accuracy, accountability, and organizational skills
• Strong English communication skills
