About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Head of Media to lead our in-house performance marketing efforts and drive business growth through strategic media acquisition.

In this key role, you will manage the media buying team, define the digital strategy, oversee advertising spend, and maximize ROI across multiple performance channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the media buying team, driving campaign optimization across digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other PPC platforms
• Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies aligned with business growth objectives
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation
• Oversee budget allocation and media planning to ensure efficient scaling of campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with broader business goals
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on PPC and media buying
• Mandatory experience in Search Arbitrage
• Proven experience leading a media buying team, with strong leadership and management skills
• Demonstrated success managing and optimizing high-budget campaigns across multiple platforms
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
