A leading global defense technology company is seeking a Production Planning & Control (PPC) Project Manager to join its manufacturing operations
In this role, you will take full ownership of production planning management for a family of advanced technological products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end production planning, execution, and control
- Prioritize manufacturing activities and subcontractor operations while ensuring on-time delivery
- Manage and execute work orders on the production floor, including kit scheduling with the warehouse
- Perform production feasibility analysis and shortage simulations
- Act as a key interface with cross-functional teams, including program managers
- Plan and manage material shortages in close collaboration with Supply Chain
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics
- At least 3 years of experience in PPC / project management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
- Experience working with ERP systems
- High level of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions
