What you’ll do:
🔹 Lead development and production processes throughout the project lifecycle
🔹 Write system and subsystem requirements documents
🔹 Define, manage, and coordinate system interfaces
🔹 Manage hardware development activities with subcontractors
🔹 Conduct design reviews and validate design correctness
🔹 Lead system-level integration, testing, and verification processes
🔹 Participate in integration activities and field trials in Israel and abroad
🔹 Work closely with engineering, development, production, and customer-facing teams
Requirements:
✔️ Background as a Hardware Engineer
✔️ 5+ years of experience as a System Engineer in hardware development
✔️ Experience working on projects with international customers
✔️ Hands-on experience in testing, integration, and system-level validation
✔️ Strong ability to work in a multidisciplinary, interface-heavy environment
