What will you do?

• Lead and develop product concepts aligned with marketing strategy and market trends
• Manage ongoing collaboration with factories and suppliers
• Adapt formulations to components and packaging (stability, compatibility, performance)
• Build and manage full product dossiers (specs, ingredients, regulatory, costing)
• Oversee cost analysis and product pricing processes
• Support and monitor quality, stability, and performance testing through launch

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
• 1–2 years of experience in product development in a cosmetics company or cosmetics manufacturing facility – required.
• Experience working with packaging/components and formulation compatibility
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and product dossiers
• Strong cost analysis and pricing capabilities
