Product Development Manager | Leading Cosmetics Brand

A leading, well-established yet innovative cosmetics and fragrance brand is looking for a Product Development Manager.

What will you do?

Lead and develop product concepts aligned with marketing strategy and market trends
Manage ongoing collaboration with factories and suppliers
Adapt formulations to components and packaging (stability, compatibility, performance)
Build and manage full product dossiers (specs, ingredients, regulatory, costing)
Oversee cost analysis and product pricing processes
Support and monitor quality, stability, and performance testing through launch

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
1–2 years of experience in product development in a cosmetics company or cosmetics manufacturing facility – required.
Experience working with packaging/components and formulation compatibility
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and product dossiers
Strong cost analysis and pricing capabilities
