About the role

• Managing the website and the ongoing customer experienc
• Managing Performance activity on Meta / Google / TikTok
• Responsibility for CRM, Newsletter, SMS and Marketing Automation
• Building and managing customer journeys and retention processes
• Managing a customer club and VIP benefits
• Improving website conversion rate (CRO) and optimizing pages and processes
• Analyzing performance, KPIs and deriving business insights
• Working with creative, studio, development and external vendors

Requirement

• Prior experience managing an E-commerce website of at least three years
• Experience with CRM and Performance
• Understanding of the world of Retention and customer experience
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with data
• Organization, independence and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
• Experience with Shopify – a significant advantage
• Passion for the worlds of fashion, lifestyle and digital
