We are looking for a hands-on Technical Solutions & Delivery Engineer to support the full customer journey — from technical sales support and product demos to post-sale installation, deployment, and ongoing customer support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, understands complex hardware/software environments, and can translate technical capabilities into clear value during the sales process.
You will partner closely with Sales, Product, R&D, Operations, and external field teams to ensure successful customer engagements — from the first technical conversation through production rollout.
What will you Do?
Pre-Sales & Customer Demos
- Support the sales team in technical discovery, customer conversations, and solution positioning
- Present product capabilities and lead technical demos for prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements, site constraints, and operational workflows
- Translate business use cases into technical deployment concepts
- Answer technical questions around system architecture, hardware, connectivity, installation, and integration
- Support proof-of-concept planning and execution when needed
Deployment & Implementation
- Own the technical delivery process after sales handoff, from kickoff through go-live
- Coordinate and support customer installations involving Linux edge devices, industrial cameras, racks, switches, and network infrastructure
- Validate site readiness, network configuration, connectivity, and hardware setup
- Work with third-party contractors and field teams to ensure high-quality execution
- Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and escalate to R&D/Product when needed
- Manage deployment timelines, risks, action items, and customer communication
Post-Sale Support & Customer Success
- Provide technical support to customers after deployment
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve field issues across hardware, software, network, and configuration layers
- Document recurring issues, deployment learnings, and best practices
- Help improve implementation standards, troubleshooting guides, and customer-facing technical documentation
- Serve as a trusted technical focal point for both customers and internal stakeholders
What are we Looking For?
- 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Field Application Engineer, Technical Delivery Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Support Engineer
- Hands-on experience with hardware/software systems, preferably in IoT, Computer Vision, logistics tech, industrial automation, or similar environments
- Good understanding of Linux-based systems
- Practical networking knowledge: IP configuration, connectivity, switches, RJ45, and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting external B2B / Enterprise customers
- Ability to lead technical demos, explain complex concepts clearly, and build trust with customers
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a practical, get-it-done mindset
- Ability to manage multiple customer activities in parallel, from demos to live deployments
- Comfortable working in industrial environments such as warehouses, distribution centers, or logistics sites
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems / WMS
- Experience with industrial cameras, edge devices, or vision-based systems
- Background in deployment logistics, site readiness, hardware procurement, or field operations
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
- Additional languages — Spanish is a strong advantage
