Solar Systems Monitoring & Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor solar systems performance and identify faults or irregularities
• Open and track service tasks with field technicians through resolution
• Analyze system performance including production, availability, and PR
• Generate monthly reports and present performance data to clients
• Manage ongoing communication with business customers and provide professional support
• Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings
• Lead improvement processes and upgrades for existing clients
• Work with monitoring platforms and SCADA systems

Requirements

• Previous experience in solar systems / O&M operations – significant advantage
• Experience working with monitoring systems and SCADA
• Technical understanding and ability to analyze production reports and performance data
• Experience working with business clients
• Full proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
