We work with 500+ enterprise clients — including HOT, Pelephone, Tnuva, and Azrieli Group — delivering world-class solutions across cybersecurity, digital transformation, AI-powered contact centers, hardware distribution, and technical recruitment.
We're looking for a Head of Delivery & Operations to lead and scale our delivery organization. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of how we deliver services to clients — from team management and SLA accountability to process design and continuous improvement.

What You'll Own
- Full ownership of the Delivery and Operations function across the company
- Leading, managing, and developing all delivery teams and operational staff
- Accountability for SLA compliance, response times, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Workload management, prioritization, and task distribution across teams
- Handling complex client escalations and internal stakeholder coordination
- Designing, improving, and embedding delivery methodologies and workflows
- Driving efficiency initiatives, automation, and process improvement across the organization
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, HR, Finance, and IT
- Building dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to support decision-making
- Professional development, mentoring, and performance management of team leads and employees
- Participating in the strategic planning of delivery operations at the organizational level
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Operations, Customer Success, or Service Operations
- Proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Background in operational or service management within a technology company or professional services firm
- Experience working with enterprise and B2B clients
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvement and automation initiatives
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Systemic, business-oriented thinking alongside the ability to get into the details
- Hands-on experience with monday.com — a significant advantage
- Experience with CRM or other operational/management systems — required
- Ability to work independently, with high personal accountability and strong organizational skills
