Human Resources Director

We are looking for a senior HR leader to join a leading technology organization for a

high-impact leadership position at the intersection of business, technology, and people — working directly with senior executives to drive organizational performance, scale, and transformation in a fast-changing environment.

About the Role

As HR Director, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, influencing key organizational decisions and leading end-to-end HR strategy across the tech organization.

You will operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, combining business understanding, leadership capability, and deep HR expertise to drive meaningful organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior technology leadership (VPs / Directors)

• Lead organizational design, transformation, and workforce planning initiatives

• Drive leadership development and strengthen managerial capabilities across the organization

• Own Talent strategy, including succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential programs

• Lead and influence organizational culture, engagement, and performance frameworks

• Oversee core HR processes: performance management, compensation cycles, employee relations, and more

• Manage and develop an HR team, setting high professional and execution standards

• Leverage data and insights to support strategic decision-making in an AI-driven environment

• Work in close partnership with cross-organizational HR functions

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HRBP / leadership role

• Proven experience managing HR teams

• Strong background in high-tech / technology organizations

• Experience working with C-level and senior leadership

• Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and transformation

• Strong business acumen and ability to operate in complex, tech-driven environments

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical orientation

• Hands-on leadership style combined with strategic thinking
