The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join us. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and business functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract top talent in a global, fast-paced, high-tech environment.

The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience recruiting for technology companies.

What You Will Do

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative and targeted recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and additional sourcing channels
• Work closely with department head and hiring managers to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions. relies on market trends, hiring strategies, and compensation benchmarks
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize and maintain up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on employer branding and recruitment initiatives
• Ensure a high standard of candidate experience and hiring quality
  
  

• At least 5+ years of experience in global high-tech recruitment.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for technical roles.
• Deep understanding of the Israeli tech talent market trends
• Strong operational and organizational skills- able to multitask, prioritize, and execute with precision
• Experience working with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Native-level English and full professional proficiency in Hebrew (written and spoken).
