About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and well connected Senior Director of Employer Relations to join the executive leadership team and report directly to the CEO. This strategic role is critical to expanding and deepening our partnerships with Israel’s leading technology companies and other employers seeking top STEM talent.

The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of the high-tech ecosystem with strong business development and relationship management capabilities, and is passionate about driving social change through employment and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a long-term employer engagement strategy aligned with organizational goals and evolving industry needs.
• Build, cultivate, and manage strategic relationships with high-tech companies, startups, multinational corporations, and other STEM employers across Israel.
• Identify hiring needs and create tailored partnership opportunities that facilitate the integration of Arab engineers, students, and STEM graduates into meaningful career paths.
• Expand placement opportunities for STEM graduates through employer engagement, internships, projects, and recruitment partnerships.
• Recruit companies and organizations to participate in conferences, workshops, networking events, mentoring initiatives, and community programs.
• Strengthen connections between industry leaders and Arab talent communities through strategic ecosystem-building activities.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations regarding training focus areas, employability skills, and future workforce readiness.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in high-tech, business development, employer relations, HR, recruitment, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven track record of building and managing partnerships with leading technology companies.
• Strong understanding of the Israeli high-tech ecosystem, hiring trends, and workforce needs.
• Extensive professional network within the tech industry, including HR leaders, hiring managers, and executives.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to initiate, lead, and manage strategic processes independently.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Passion for social impact, diversity, and creating equal opportunities in employment.
• Fluent Hebrew and English required. Arabic is a significant advantage
