Backend Tech Lead

Comblack is hiring a Backend Tech Lead!

This is a senior and impactful role that includes technical leadership and ownership of critical core systems across business credit, trade finance, digital, and CRM domains, within an agile, innovative environment with multiple business and technology interfaces.

The role includes leading the development team from a technical perspective, mentoring and guiding developers, improving development methodologies, working closely with business and technology stakeholders, and directly influencing the architecture of the organization’s core systems.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 4 years of experience in Backend development for complex systems
• Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with Microservices and Messaging technologies such as Kafka or ActiveMQ
• Professional mentoring and technical leadership experience
• Managerial experience — a strong advantage
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, CI/CD, Git, and Jenkins
