Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

A global SaaS company is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to support strategic financial planning and business decision-making across the organization.

This role will partner closely with senior leadership across Finance, GTM, Operations, and Product to drive forecasting, budgeting, KPI analysis, and long-range planning in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes
• Manage a small team
• Support annual planning and long-range financial modeling
• Build executive dashboards and business performance reporting
• Partner with department leaders to support strategic initiatives
• Improve financial processes, reporting automation, and planning infrastructure
• Prepare materials for executive leadership and board-level discussions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles, with 2+ years in people management
• Experience within a SaaS or recurring revenue business
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred

• Public company or enterprise SaaS experience
• Familiarity with BI and planning tools
• Experience supporting international operations
