A global SaaS company is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to support strategic financial planning and business decision-making across the organization.
This role will partner closely with senior leadership across Finance, GTM, Operations, and Product to drive forecasting, budgeting, KPI analysis, and long-range planning in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes
- Manage a small team
- Support annual planning and long-range financial modeling
- Build executive dashboards and business performance reporting
- Partner with department leaders to support strategic initiatives
- Improve financial processes, reporting automation, and planning infrastructure
- Prepare materials for executive leadership and board-level discussions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles, with 2+ years in people management
- Experience within a SaaS or recurring revenue business
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
- Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred
- Public company or enterprise SaaS experience
- Familiarity with BI and planning tools
- Experience supporting international operations
