IT Project Portfolio Manager

Comblack is hiring an IT Project Portfolio Manager!

This is an opportunity to lead the IT division’s project portfolio, connect strategy with business needs, and influence the planning and execution of annual work plans.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and monitor the IT project portfolio
• Plan annual work plans and budgets
• Develop and implement KPIs and control methodologies
• Work closely with management and cross-organizational stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience managing complex IT projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field
• Experience working in an Enterprise organization and managing project portfolios
• Strong analytical thinking, broad system understanding, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
