Education & Experience

Job Requirements – Technical Office Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering – required.
• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in Build-to-Print projects and engineering support for manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with jigs, fixtures, and production/testing support tools.
  
  

• Ability to read and analyse customer drawings, 3D models, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Ability to translate technical and functional requirements into feasible manufacturing processes.
• Creation and release of full manufacturing documentation, including drawings, assemblies, BOMs, and work instructions.
• High proficiency in SolidWorks and engineering documentation.
• Experience with cost estimation and cost simulations, including BOM, routings, and make/buy analysis.
• Support quotation processes, cost optimization, and design-for-cost activities.
• Lead and support ECO/ECN processes and maintain data in PLM / ERP systems, including SAP.
• Ongoing collaboration with Process Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and suppliers.
• Experience with special manufacturing processes, such as machining, chemical processes, welding, and electropolishing – an advantage.
• Experience with precision measurement solutions, including CMM, mechanical, and optical measurement – an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and high ownership.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and manage suppliers.
• High level of technical English.

• ניסיון מוכח בפרויקטי Build‑to‑Print ותמיכה הנדסית בייצור
• ניסיון Hands‑on בג’יגים, מתקנים וכלי עזר לייצור ובדיקות
  
  

• קריאה וניתוח שרטוטי לקוח, מודלים תלת‑ממדיים, מפרטים ודרישות איכות
• תרגום דרישות טכניות ותפקודיות ל‑תהליכי ייצור ישימים
• יצירה ושחרור תיעוד ייצור מלא: שרטוטים, הרכבות, BOM והוראות עבודה
• שליטה גבוהה ב‑ SolidWorks ותיעוד הנדסי
• ביצוע תמחור וסימולציות עלות (BOM, Routings, Make/Buy)
• תמיכה בהצעות מחיר, Cost Optimization ו‑Design‑for‑Cost
• הובלה ותמיכה ב‑ECO/ECN ותחזוקת נתונים ב‑PLM / ERP (SAP)
• עבודה שוטפת מול הנדסת תהליך, ייצור, איכות, שרשרת אספקה וספקים
• ניסיון בתהליכי ייצור מיוחדים (עיבוד שבבי, תהליכים כימיים, ריתוך, אלקטרופוליש וכו’ – יתרון
• ניסיון בפתרונות מדידה מדויקים CMM, מכני, אופטי – יתרון
  
  

• דיוק גבוה, תשומת לב לפרטים וסטנדרטים הנדסיים גבוהים
• יכולת פתרון בעיות, עבודה עצמאית ולקיחת אחריות
• עבודה מול ריבוי ממשקים וניהול ספקים
• אנגלית טכנית ברמה גבוהה
• נכונות לנסיעות עבודה בחו"ל לפי צורך.
