קצת על התפקיד

תפקיד מרכזי בצוות הרכש האסטרטגי, עם אחריות מקצה לקצה על חומרים וספקים – משלב הדרישה ועד האספקה בפועל.

התפקיד משלב עבודה מסחרית, תפעולית ואנליטית בסביבה גלובלית ודינאמית, עם השפעה ישירה על עלויות, זמינות ואיכות בפרויקטים מורכבים.

תחומי אחריות

• תפעול דרישות רכש לחומרי גלם וחומרים אסטרטגיים בארץ ובחו״ל
• איתור, הערכה וניהול ספקים וקבלני משנה, כולל פיתוח ספקים חדשים
• הובלת משא ומתן מסחרי: מחירים, תנאי תשלום, אספקה והסכמים
• הכנת נתונים לוועדות רכש LLI, ניתוח חלופות וגיבוש המלצות
• בקרה על זמינות ואספקת חומרים בהתאם לדרישות הפרויקטים
• הובלת תהליכי בל״מ, ניתוח הצעות מחיר והפקת הזמנות רכש
• תחזוקת מחירוני ספקים ותמחור פרויקטים
• תיאום אספקות וליווי תהליכי יבוא
• עבודה שוטפת מול הנדסה, תפ״י, איכות, ייצור ולוגיסטיקה

עבודה צמודה עם תפ״י, מעתדי חומרים, הנדסה, איכות, ייצור, לוגיסטיקה, מנהלי פרויקטים, PMO וספקים בארץ ובעולם.

דרישות התפקיד

• ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים כקניין/ית רכש – חובה
• ניסיון מוכח בניהול מו״מ עסקי
• ניסיון בעבודה עם חוזי רכש בארץ ובעולם
• הבנה בתהליכי ייצור וטכנולוגיות מתכת – חובה
• ניסיון בניהול תקציב רכש ועמידה ביעדים
• היכרות עם תהליכי יבוא ורגולציה – יתרון
• שליטה ב-Office ובמערכות ERP (Oracle – יתרון)
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – חובה
• רישיון נהיגה – חובה

About the Role

This is a key position within the strategic procurement team, with end-to-end responsibility for materials and suppliers — from initial demand through actual delivery.

The role combines commercial, operational, and analytical work in a dynamic global environment, with direct impact on cost, availability, and quality across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing procurement requirements for raw materials and strategic materials in Israel and abroad
• Sourcing, evaluating, and managing suppliers and subcontractors, including development of new suppliers
• Leading commercial negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, deliveries, and agreements
• Preparing data for LLI procurement committees, analyzing alternatives, and forming recommendations
• Monitoring material availability and supply according to project requirements
• Leading RFQ processes, analyzing quotations, and issuing purchase orders
• Maintaining supplier price lists and supporting project costing activities
• Coordinating deliveries and supporting import processes
• Working closely with Engineering, Planning (TAPI), Quality, Production, and Logistics teams

The role also includes close collaboration with material planners, project managers, PMO teams, suppliers, and additional interfaces in Israel and abroad.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Procurement Buyer — required
• Proven experience managing business negotiations
• Experience working with procurement contracts in Israel and globally
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and metal technologies — required
• Experience managing procurement budgets and meeting targets
• Familiarity with import processes and regulations — an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle — an advantage)
• High level of English — required
• Valid driver’s license — required
