We are building the next generation of cloud storage services, focused on scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and agentic AI-driven workflows. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership to drive innovation and delivery in a fast-paced cloud environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery, execution, and team growth
- Own end-to-end delivery of features and services, from design and architecture through implementation and production
- Stay highly hands-on (~80%), contributing directly to system design, architecture, and code
- Drive technical excellence, including architecture decisions, design reviews, and best practices
- Ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable system design aligned with cloud-native principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment
- Mentor engineers and foster a strong, accountable, and innovative team culture

You have:
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
- Strong hands-on development background (80%+ coding/technical involvement)
- Background in AI/ML-driven development and workflows
- Solid experience with public cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Experience working in global/multicultural teams
