Job Summary

AllCloud is looking for a Salesforce Developer. As a Salesforce Developer at AllCloud, You will develop CRM workflows and custom code solutions for specific business needs. Salesforce developers work collaboratively with others on the team to create custom, scalable processes for the company. You will be responsible for building scalable solutions and automation and know-how to find the golden route between over-engineering to non-robust solutions.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Lead the development lifecycle starting from business requirements into a functional working solution, including integration, development, deployment, and testing.
• Custom Solutions: Develop Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and utilization of other Salesforce technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements.
• Architecture & Limits: Design and implement robust processes, adhering to Salesforce architectural best practices and governor limits.
• Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand complex business requirements, identify potential gaps, and propose technical solutions.
• Environment Management: Manage multiple sandbox environments and execute smooth deployments utilizing CI/CD pipelines.

Requirments:

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Developer in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Core Salesforce Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Asynchronous processing, and Integrations (SOAP/REST).
• Data & Queries: Proven proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and database best practices.
• Frontend Development: 1+ years of hands-on experience in client-side technologies, including JavaScript, LWC, Aura, HTML, and CSS.
• Backend Background: Hands-on experience with Java development.
• DevOps & Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git and working knowledge of version control and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Code Quality: Proficiency in writing robust unit tests and working with structured methodology and strict code conventions.
• Client Facing: Proven experience working with customers.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and data presentation abilities.
• Language: Fluent English (both verbal and written) with strong communication skills.
