We are seeking a talented and experienced Global iT Cloud and Services Program Manager

As a Program Manager within Global iT Cloud & Services, you will play a central role in driving consistency, consistency, governance, and visibility across a portfolio of IT initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Process Standardization: Establishing and embedding consistent project management practices across Cloud Services, Infrastructure, and Employee Services to drive predictable delivery.
• Reporting Consolidation: Acting as the single source of truth for project status, consolidating data from multiple teams into clear, actionable updates.
• Executive Reporting: Crafting concise, executive-ready presentations and status reports that translate project complexity into strategic-level insights.
• Program Support & Execution: Support the Program Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing unit-wide programs and forums such as All Hands, QBRs, PI Planning, training activities etc...
• Cross-Team Coordination: Ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders for both project delivery and ongoing organizational programs.
• Budget Planning and Governance: Overseeing budget planning and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Project Management Support: Assisting teams and stakeholders with various tasks, including cross-domain projects.

Have you got what it takes?

• 6+ years of experience in project management within corporate or enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of experience in program management or multi-project coordination roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives within multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
• High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and leadership forums
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
