As a Qualcomm ASIC Engineer, you will define, model, design (digital and/or analog), optimize, verify, validate, implement, and document IP (block/SoC) development for a variety of high performance, high quality, low power world class products. Qualcomm Engineers collaborate with cross-functional groups to determine product execution path.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
  
  

OR

Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 7+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Verification Team Leader to join us and lead our verification team and play a major role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our cutting-edge products for the connectivity industry.

What You'll Do

Manage a team of 5-7 verification engineers

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive verification plans and strategies for complex hardware designs

Collaborate closely with design, architecture, and firmware engineers to deeply understand the specifications.

What You'll Need

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 10+yrs of proven experience in VLSI chip Verification engineering, with a focus on high-end SoC
• 3+ years of leadership experience in verification projects
• Proven experience in Ethernet standards- an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong motivating and mentorship skills to guide and inspire team members towards achieving exceptional performance
• Strong proficiency in System Verilog and UVM
