Integration & Automation Group Manager

About the Role

A leading global defense technology company is looking for a strategic yet hands-on Integration & Automation Group Manager. Leading 3 distinct engineering teams (ATE and Multidisciplinary Integration), you will bridge the gap between R&D and manufacturing, ensuring the seamless calibration, testing, and delivery of high-performance mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage three engineering teams focused on ATE development and multidisciplinary system integration
• Define automated calibration, hardware testing, and software validation strategies
• Lead complex system troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and field performance validation
• Standardize transfer-to-production workflows, technical test documents, and manufacturing alignment
• Drive field testing and product acceptance procedures under tight operational schedules

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering — Mandatory
• Proven background in RF systems engineering, test equipment, and Tx/Rx chains — Mandatory
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering or integration teams — Mandatory
• 4+ years of experience in multidisciplinary system integration and testing — Mandatory
• Direct experience with digital/analog PCB testing and automated test design — Mandatory
• Strong track record of taking complex systems from early development to full-scale production — Mandatory
